DIE CUTTING

Custom die making and forme cutting is the cornerstone of our business. It is the perfect solution for large production runs of card, fluted card and plastic products. Great examples include packaging, display stands, business cards and advertising signage.

PLOTTER CUTTING

Our extensive CNC table cutting facilities are a great alternative to forme cutting and cover an even greater range of materials and production run sizes. The much smaller setup costs also make it the perfect option for small runs or sample creation.

CNC LASER AND ROUTER

Perfect for harder materials not suitable for cutting with our usual die or plotter cutting facilities. Both laser and traditional cnc have a variety of benefits and materials they are better suited to. We can help you find the best option for your product.

GUILLOTINE CUTTING

Not all cutting tasks are complex. For simple jobs such as cutting strips or trimming we have one of the largest commercial guillotines available. Capable of cutting paper, foil, plastic, wooden veneers and a range of other materials with a high level of accuracy and fantastic finish.

PRINT MOUNTING

Once your design has been printed on to a softer medium such as paper or light card it will often need to be mounted to a thicker sub straight for use in store displays and shelving. Our print mounting service allows for the rapid application of glue to bind a wide range of materials such as fluted corrugated cardboard, screen board or box board and back to back.

AUTOMATED TAPING

Put the finishing touches on your product with our automated taping systems. Capable of applying double sided paper tape to a variety of materials in multiple strips simultaneously. Also capable of alternating stop start patterns of tape. Perfect for applying struts or joining parts of more complex products.

See Your Product
Before Production

Test out your product before full production with our sample making services. We can prepare a sample of your product on blank or printed stock so you can see it first hand.

This can also be useful in the development stages as samples are great for rapid prototyping iterations or testing various alternative designs or materials.

If your product will have stocked shelves, hang from a wire or have other unique requirements it is also a fantastic way to make sure they are sturdy enough or if they’ll need extra reinforcements.

Print Finishing Services

Put the final touches on your product with our range of print finishing services. Assembly, gluing, installation of eyelets and much more are available. Once completed we can also prepare your product for distribution with packing and coordinating with our trusted delivery network.

Product Design Services

Have a product in mind but don’t have a design? We can help!

Our team of experienced designers can help you through the process of designing customized packaging, display stands, shelves and all manner of unique promotional creations.

Do you have a physical product but no longer have the designs for it, or would like to create something similar to what you’ve seen elsewhere? We can help there too!

As long as you can provide the physical product, pictures or sketches we can likely help recreate the product you’re after.

Once we’ve prepared the designs we can also use our plotter tables to rapidly produce examples of the finished product so you know exactly how it will turn out.

Packing and Distribution

When producing marketing, point of sale and advertising material we realize that there is a lot of organization required in distributing these products to various stores, franchise owners and other locations. To help make this process easier we provide a range of packaging options, delivery coordination services and assembly instructions. We provide these services with the aim of making sure your product arrives on location, is assembled correctly and delivers on expectations.

PACKING OPTIONS

To help with distribution we can pack your product in a variety of ways such as pallets, flat packs or boxes. Products can then be packed in specific quantities for distribution to stores or events.

DELIVERY

Once packed we can then help arrange for local or national delivery. We have experience with a number of freighting options and can recommend ones to best suit your needs.

BARCODING

Do you use a barcode system to help track and manage your distribution? We can help by preparing your products with your supplied barcode or QR codes.

ASSEMBLY GUIDES

We can prepare a pictured step by step guide for assembling more complex items such as product display stands. These can then be included in each delivery pack.
